Trying to preserve my bikes from the ravenous rust monster that consumes all cars these days, I have done some extra hiking this year instead of snow riding. My Malus fat bike suffered really bad a couple of years ago. The chain seized and the seat post is questionable. My boots, however, slide off every time.
