Couldn't let today go by without recalling what I went through a year ago on this date. I had surgery on my left arm to relieve Pronator Teres Syndrome, and Carpal Tunnel! An hour and forty five minutes on the table, and a year-plus of rehabbing my hand/arm and I feel WWWWAAAAYYYY better! I have a nice scar for my efforts, and an operational hand and arm! Still having to do a lot of stretches to keep my hand from feeling like an M-80 just went off in my fist, but it's all good! Use the search mode on blogger if you want to see pics! Yeap, I remember it was about that time that I landed on your blog, and saw the 'scars'. You assured me that biking didn't do that. :-)
