Bike To Work Week - Day One
Drop bar single speeds were the first and second bikes for this year. Saturday saw a black Fuji in the morning, red Schwinn after lunch. Looks like Monday will be a great day to commute, so I will have to choose a pair of fixed gear bikes for duty. In fact, I will be doing one pair of wheels on 4 or 5 bikes for Monday and Wednesday. Lucky for me it is BTWW because the brakes are out on my Volvo! Ride 'em if you got 'em! Later!

those are some sweet old bikes! wish i would have kept my old "super le tour" now. traded it for a 5 disc cd player.
i still have a schwinn peloton and a schwinn tempo. the tempo could end up seeing duty as a single speed road bike.
is that a coaster brake on the fuji?
Yup! 700c with coaster brake. Needs a more comfy seat, but is a smooth ridin' bike. I could have lived without the pastel top tube graphics, but whatever. It was the 80s man! So I see some race pictures from Finchford, lookin' good! Keep at it. Later!
