25 or 6 to 4?

What do those lyrics from Chicago mean anyways? I went out for 25 miles of Gravelocity on Sunday. Up my usual R Avenue route, back on Q Ave. Just to remind all of the dogs along the route that the moving target they all love so much is still kickin'! A bit of a big gear for so early in the year, but I only walked one hill.

Powered in part by some tasty Point Belgian White. Yum. I love their tag line, "Point. Well Made" More to come. Also, I just saw that Decorah is on a Sunday this year! Hmmm. Later!

speaking of dogs out there on the gravel sends a shiver up my spine. fyi: i hate being chased by farm dogs.

My dogs are all harmless funlovers. I have nicknames for all of them just to keep myself as the alpha! Bambi, Baby Lassy, Poochycoo, Kujoke, and Dumb and Dumber. They would all make nice friends if I stopped and petted them. Dumb and Dumber's owners actaully have put shock collars on them and they don't go any further than the mouth of the driveway. One dog on an old paved route I used to ride was the only bad dog I've ever had. Rin tin tin was my name for him/her.it! Who could be afarid of that shit? Later!

i've spoke many times of the rottweiller on leversee road north of cedar falls. i hate that dog.

when i was working up in minnesota in '05 and '06 i used to ride one of the county roads that had this huge yellow lab living on a farm that i rode by. the first time that dog came after me i nearly had a heart attack. then i realized that it just wanted to run. it would run along side of me for a mile or so then turn around and go back home. unlike the rott on leversee, it never growled and bared it's teeth at me. grrrrrrrrr........
